视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法在心肺复苏培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法在ICU心肺复苏培训中的应用。方法30名ICU轮转医师随机分为两组,实验组采用视频反馈结合情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学,比较两组不同教学法的效果差异。结果两组的初次考核成绩相当,实验组的再次考核成绩明显优于对照组。结论视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法能提高ICU心肺复苏培训的教学效果。Objective:To explore the application of video feedback combined with situational simulation in ICU cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. Methods:30 ICU rotating doctors were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used video feedback combined with situational simulation teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching methods. The effects of different teaching methods were compared between the two groups. Result:The results of the first examination of the two groups were similar,and the results of the second examination of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion:Video feedback combined with situational simulation teaching method can improve the teaching effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in ICU,worth popularizing.
