摘  要:针对目前中医各家学说教学中出现的缺乏中医临床思维培养的现象的分析,存在教学理念陈旧、教学模式单一、讲课内容陈旧、缺乏主线贯穿的问题,对教学理念、教学模式、教学内容进行深入研究分析思考,提出中医各家学说教学改革需要强化临床思维、优化教学模式、丰富教学设计、梳理医家脉络、引入医案教学的思路及方法,从而实现提高学生的临床中医思维。In view of the lack of training of clinical thinking of TCM in the teaching of Doctrines of TCM, there are some problems, such as outmoded teaching concept, single teaching mode, outmoded lecture content and lack of main thread. This paper makes a thorough study and analysis of teaching concept, teaching mode and teaching content, and puts forward TCM. The teaching reform of various schools of thought needs to strengthen clinical thinking, optimize teaching mode, enrich teaching design, sort out the vein of doctors, and introduce ideas and methods of medical case teaching, so as to improve students' thinking of clinical Chinese medicine.
