社区教育数字化学习资源建设的技术标准及共享策略研究

摘　　要：通过对社区教育数字化学习资源建设状况调研,针对不同类型学习资源的开发技术标准进行深入分析研究,提出了具体建议和技术指标标准;结合当前社区教育学习资源共享的社会背景,提出了资源整合共享渠道多样化、创新共享机制、构建共享平台等相关建议。上述措施可以推进社区教育数字学习资源的建设力度,规避资源建设和使用过程中存在的资源浪费、平台资源不兼容等问题,进一步促进地方社区教育的发展,助推学习型社会建设。Through the investigation on the construction of community education digital learning resources and in-depth analysis and research on the development technical standards of different types of learning resources,specific suggestions and technical indicators standards are put forward.Combined with the current social background of learning resources sharing in community education,it offers some relevant proposals on diversification of integrating & sharing resources channels,innovationand sharing mechanisms and construction of sharing platform.Taking the above measures can promote the construction of digital learning resources in community education,avoid the problems on the waste of resources and incompatibility of platform resources in the process of resource construction and use,further promote the development of local community education and boost the learning-model society construction.
