摘 要:现代学徒制是由传统学徒制演变而来,将传统的学徒和现代的学院教育相结合。文中通过校企共同制定人才培养方案、联合招生招工、共同制定教学方案、安排教学过程、建设标准制度来构建“三阶递进、全程融入”的物流专业现代学徒制人才培养模式。并提出了物流专业现代学徒制人才培养模式实施过程中应注意加强专兼结合师资队伍的建设,制定学习考核评价体系,以及学校、企业、行业、政府的协同运行,从而保证现代学徒制的顺利进行。Modern apprenticeship is evolved from traditional apprenticeship,which combines traditional apprenticeship with modern college education.In this paper,the modern apprenticeship training mode of logistics specialty is constructed through the joint formulation of talent training plan,joint recruitment,joint formulation of teaching plan and arrangement of standard system of teaching process construction by schools and enterprises.In the process of implementing the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents in logistics specialty,we should pay attention to strengthening the construction of specialized and part-time teachers,formulating the evaluation system of learning assessment,and the coordinated operation of schools,enterprises,industries and governments,so as to ensure the smooth progress of modern apprenticeship.
