摘  要:微生物发酵炮制不仅能降低中药中的有毒成分,还能提高中药的有效成分。本研究用附子作为主要原料,以附子中有毒成分双酯型生物碱,有效成分单酯型生物碱为指标,筛选出一株宛氏拟青霉,并研究最适炮制条件,得出炮制时间48h,初始pH8,温度30℃时,有效成分单酯型生物碱含量比传统炮制提高47.68%。Microbial fermentation can not only reduce the toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine,but also improve the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine. In this study,Fuzi was used as the main raw material, and the toxic component diester alkaloids in the Fuzi and the active ingredient monoester alkaloids were used as indicators. Screening out a strain of Paecilomyces variabilis,and Studying the optimum processing conditions,and obtain the processing time of 48h,initial pH8,temperature 30℃. The content of monoester alkaloids was 47.68% higher than that of traditional processing.
