摘 要:发达国家职业教育校企合作的发展历史悠久,实践经验丰富,其法律法规及相关制度健全,政府能够有效地宏观调控职业教育发展、制定各类促进校企合作的财政支持和税收优惠政策、采用多样化的校企合作方式,总之,校企合作的效果也比较好,极大地促进了发达国家人才培养水平的提升。要进一步提升校企合作效果,我国应该运用法律手段促进校企合作的发展,充分发挥政府在校企合作中的引导和调控作用,不断改革校企合作的管理方式和人才培养方式,重视在校企合作中发挥行业的作用,不断提高我国职业教育的质量,为我国输送更多的优秀技术人才。The development of cooperation in vocational education in developed countries has a long history and rich practice experience. Its laws and regulations and corresponding systems are sound, and the government can effectively regulate the development of vocational education, formulate various types of financial support and tax incentives to promote cooperation between schools and enterprises ,and adopt a diversified approach to cooperation between the two parties. In short, the effect of cooperation between schools and enterprises is also relatively good, which has greatly promoted the improvement of the training level of talents in developed countries. We need to further enhance the effectiveness of the cooperation. China should use legal means to promote the cooperation, give full play to the role of the government in guiding and regulating their cooperation, constantly reform the management and personnel training methods, and attach importance to the role of the industry in the cooperation. We will continuously improve the quality of vocational education in China and cultivate more outstanding technical talents to China.
