摘　　要：开展劳动美学教育对高职院校十分必要。高职院校可以从劳动价值观、劳动实践观、创新劳动观等方面对学生开展以马克思主义劳动哲学、习近平劳动观为内容的劳动美学教育,以帮助高职学生树立"劳动最美丽"的价值观、"干在实处"的实践观、"创造伟大"的创新劳动观,成长为总书记所期待的"勤于劳动、善于劳动"的高素质劳动者。It’s necessary for higher vocational colleges to implement labor aesthetics education. Higher vocational colleges can carry out labor aesthetics education with Marxist labor philosophy and Xi Jin-ping’s labor concept as its content from the aspects of labor values, labor practice concept and innovative labor concept, so as to help higher vocational students establish the values of "the most beautiful labor", the practice values of "doing in practice" and the innovative labor concept of "creating greatness", and grow up to be high-quality workers who are diligent and good at work, just as expected by General Secretary Xi Jin-ping.
