摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在心内科临床实习教学中的实践效果。方法将2016年1月-2017年12月心内科临床实习生60例随机分为两组,给予对照组行常规带教,研究组在常规带教基础上行PBL教学,对比两组教学成绩。结果研究组理论知识及临床实践操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心内科临床实习生应用PBL教学方法,教学成绩理想。Objective To explore the practical effect of PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching in department of cardiology. Methods 60 clinical interns in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine teaching and the study group was given PBL teaching on the basis of routine teaching. The teaching results of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method is applied to clinical interns in cardiology department, and the teaching results are ideal.
