摘  要:教学团队建设是提高高校教学质量的重要途径。以广东某独立学院市场营销专业为例,提出根据岗位能力设置课程群、依据课程群建设教学团队的思路,并在课程群成员专业背景需求、团队成员结构、团队成员培养等方面提出建议。The teaching team-building is one of the important ways to improve the teaching quality in universities. This paper takes the marketing major of an independent college in Guangdong as an example. The idea of setting up course group according to post ability and constructing teaching-team according to course group is put forward. It also puts forward some suggestions on the needs of the professional background,the structure of the team member and the training of the team members.
