浓香型白酒对急性酒精中毒小鼠宿醉头痛指标的影响

摘　　要：探讨不同浓香型白酒对急性酒精中毒小鼠宿醉头痛相关效应指标的影响。160只Balb/c小鼠随机分为4组(样①组、样②组、酒精对照组和空白对照组),灌胃后进行翻正反射实验,随后采集血液标本,测定小鼠宿醉头痛效应相关指标。结果表明,样①组醒酒时间极显著低于酒精对照组(P<0.05),各组间醉酒时间、乙醇含量、组胺(HIS)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量无显著差异(P>0.05),样①、样②组前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量、甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(MEK)含量高于酒精对照组、空白对照组,内皮素(ET)、P物质(SP)含量低于酒精对照组、空白对照组。不同浓香型白酒对小鼠宿醉头痛相关效应指标的影响有一定差异,可能与酒样中较高的总酸、乙醛、乙缩醛等微量成分有关。To investigate the effects of different strong-flavor Baijiu on hangover headache-related effect indexes in mice with acute alcoholism, 160 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into four groups (sample group 1, sample group 2, alcohol control group and blank control group). After gavage, the righting reflex test was performed, following by collecting blood samples. The results showed that the sober time of mice in group 1 was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the drunk time, alcohol content, histamine (HIS) content and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) content (P>0.05), the content of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), met enkephalin (MEK) contents of sample group 1 and 2 were higher than alcohol group and blank group, and the endothelin (ET) content and substance P content was lower than alcohol group and blank group. The effect of different strong-flavor Baijiu on hangover and headache related indexes in mice were also different, which might be related to the higher total acid, acetaldehyde, acetal contents and other trace components in Baijiu samples.
