摘　　要：高职院校是我国培养创新型实用人才的重要基地,高职院校的思政课具有培养创新人才的重大功能。分析当前思政课教学中存在的制约创新人才培养目标实现的主要问题,提出推动高职思政课教学改革、增强思政课教学实效性的有效措施,以期实现思政课培养创新人才的功能。Vocational colleges work as crucial base of cultivating innovative talents and ideological and political course is of great importance in fulfilling this task.This paper focuses on the main problems in ideological and political course which hinder its functions of cultivating innovative talents,and proposes effective measures to promote teaching reform of ideological and political course.
