摘　　要：目的建立适用于口腔颅颌面科常规手术操作的数字化虚拟手术平台,并验证其在医学生及青年医生手术技能培训中的有效性。方法①通过医学影像数据的处理及三维建模、手术器械的可视化、外科手术的虚拟与仿真,进行口腔颅颌面外科虚拟手术平台的建立,并验证其精度;②对20名上海交通大学口腔医学院的医学生及青年医师进行手术的教学及操作培训,并评估每个受训者的学习效果。结果①研发了具有自主知识产权的虚拟手术软件CMFRobotPlan,与现已广泛应用的商业化软件相比具有良好的一致性;②该软件对口腔颅颌面外科的常用手术有较好的教学效果,有利于受训者对教学术式的掌握。结论虚拟手术软件可以提供一个仿真的手术诊断及设计培训环境,是对医学生及青年医生进行临床技能教学的有效方式。Objective To establish a digital virtual surgery platform for oral and craniomaxillofacial surgery and demonstrate its effectiveness in the training of medicos and young doctors.Methods①The virtual surgical platform for oral and craniomaxillofacial surgery was established through medical image data processing and 3D modeling,visualization of surgical instruments,simulation of surgery;The accuracy of the software was verified;②Teaching and operation training for 20 medicos or young doctors of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Stomatology were carried out,and the learning effect of each trainee was evaluated.Results①The virtual surgery software CMF Robot Plan was developed with independent intellectual property rights,which has good consistency with the widely used commercial software;②The software had better teaching effect for common oral and craniomaxillofacial surgery,and it was beneficial to the trainee’s understanding of the academic style.Conclusion The virtual surgery software can provide a simulated surgical skill training environment,which is an effective way to teach medicos and young doctors the clinical skills.
