On Practice of Cultural Quality Education for Higher Vocational College Students——Take Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic as an example

摘  要:当前部分高职院校的文化素质教育实践让缺乏系统性设计,使文化素质教育未能够达到理想预期,表现在边缘化的价值取向依然存在、课程设置与实施的系统性较差、知识取向的课程内容偏离学生的实际需要、教学方式单一未能激发学生兴趣。成都航空职业技术学院在文化素质教育方面努力探索、卓有成效:一是端正高职院校文化素质教育的价值取向;二是加强文化素质教育的师资队伍建设;三是以学生为中心完善课程设置与丰富教学方式;四是优化文化素质教育的校园环境;五是增强网络学习平台的应用与管理。At present,the disconnection between the practice of cultural quality education and the theory of higher education in some higher vocational colleges failed to achieve the desired expectations for cultural quality education,which is manifested in the existence of marginalized value orientation,poor systematicness of curriculum design and implementation,deviation of knowledge-oriented curriculum from actual needs of students,and single teaching methods failing to stimulate students’ interest.Taking Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic as an example,it can be seen that the College has made great efforts to explore and achieve fruitful results in cultural quality education:first,rectifying the value orientation of cultural quality education;second,strengthening the construction of teaching staff;third,improving student-oriented curriculum design and enriching teaching methods;fourth,optimizing the campus environment;fifth,strengthening the application and management of network learning platform.
