摘　　要：随着现代学徒制人才培养模式的不断深入探索与实践,基本形成了可以借鉴的专业人才培养方案。学校与企业共同重构专业课程体系,明确课程教学内容和教学载体,专兼结合的师资队伍开发课程教学资源,开发实训项目,改革教学评价模式,激发学生的学习积极性和有效性,确保学生掌握岗位核心能力,提高人才的培养质量。With the continuous exploration and practice of the modern apprenticeship training mode,a training scheme for professional talents has been basically formed.Schools and enterprises work together to reconstruct the professional curriculum system,clarify the teaching contents and carriers,develop teaching resources,develop training projects,reform the teaching evaluation model,stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and effectiveness,ensure that students master the core competence of Posts and improve the quality of personnel training.
