摘 要:共情是良好护患关系的切入点,是所有护患沟通的精髓。共情能力是护士从事临床工作必备的基本素质和重要能力。共情能力是可以通过学习提高的。在《老年护理学》教学中,通过对护生开展体验式教学,探究其在护生共情能力培养中的应用,为培养更多优秀的护理工作者提供相关科学依据,有利于提高护理人员综合素质、改善护患关系、减少护患纠纷、提高护理质量,促进我国护理事业的可持续发展。Empathy is the breakthrough point of good nurse-patient relationship, and empathy is the essence of all nurse-patient communication.
