体验式教学在高职护生共情能力培养中的应用

摘　　要：共情是良好护患关系的切入点,是所有护患沟通的精髓。共情能力是护士从事临床工作必备的基本素质和重要能力。共情能力是可以通过学习提高的。在《老年护理学》教学中,通过对护生开展体验式教学,探究其在护生共情能力培养中的应用,为培养更多优秀的护理工作者提供相关科学依据,有利于提高护理人员综合素质、改善护患关系、减少护患纠纷、提高护理质量,促进我国护理事业的可持续发展。Empathy is the breakthrough point of good nurse-patient relationship, and empathy is the essence of all nurse-patient communication. Empathy ability is the essential quality and important ability of nurses in clinical work. Empathy Ability can be improved by learning. Experiential teaching was performed for nursing students In the teaching of geriatric nursing, to assess the application of experiential teaching on empathy ability in nursing students, to Provide scientific basis for training more excellent nursing workers, to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, improving nurse-patient relationship, reducing nurse-patient disputes, improving nursing quality, to promote the sustainable development of nursing in China.
