摘  要:教师的教育观念影响其教育行为,进而影响到教育质量。通过实证调查,呈现出河北省农村幼儿园教师的教育观念现状,并提出了具体的改进建议:建立农村幼儿园教师发展专项经费;提高农村幼儿园教师准入门槛及待遇水平;制定具体的帮扶措施并积极推动落实;加强农村幼儿园教师的自主学习。Teachers’ educational concepts affect their educational behavior, and then affect the quality of education. Through empirical investigation, this paper presents the current situation of rural kindergarten teachers’ educational concepts in Hebei province, and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement: establishing special funds for the development of rural kindergarten teachers;improving the access threshold and treatment level of rural kindergarten teachers;formulating specific assistance measures and actively promoting implementation;and strengthening the autonomous learning of rural kindergarten teachers.
