摘  要:目的探索SimMan3G综合模拟人在急危重症护理实验情景教学中的应用效果。方法以皖南医学院2016级115名护理本科生为研究对象,其中实验组60名,采取SimMan3G综合模拟人编制案例程序进行模拟教学;对照组55名,使用传统模拟人。对两组学生的教师评价及教学效果评价进行对比。结果实验组的教师评价和教学效果评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论SimMan3G综合模拟人能够提高急危重症护理实验教学效果,提升学生学习兴趣和自学能力,提高运用知识解决问题的能力,增强操作技能的熟练度,增强急救意识及团队协作,提升人文关怀理念及沟通能力,适用于急危重症护理实验教学中。Objective To evaluate the effects of SimMan3G in the practice teaching of emergency nursing. Method Totally 115 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups. The SimMan3G was used in the experimental group, while the control group used traditional sim. Result The teacher evaluation and teaching effect evaluation of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The SimMan3G simulation could improve students' learning interest and self-study ability, improve the ability of using knowledge to solve problems and enhance operating skills proficiency, strengthen the consciousness of first aid and the team cooperation, enhance humanistic care and communication.
