摘  要:目的探讨CBL、PBL联合模拟培训教学法在普外科住院医师培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年12月在我科进行住院医师培训的80名医师作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组给予传统教学方法,观察组给予CBL、PBL联合模拟培训教学法,比较两组医师的理论笔试成绩、临床技能综合能力考试以及培训满意度。结果观察组医师的出科成绩为(93.2±3.1)分,高于对照组的(81.6±2.6),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师的临床思维能力、操作能力、病案质量以及分析能力评分[(43.2±3.6)分、(46.8±4.1)分、(47.3±4.5)分和(45.6±4.6)分]均高于对照组[(38.6±4.2)分、(34.4±3.4)分、(37.7±4.9)分和(35.4±4.2)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师的教学总满意度(95.0%)高于对照组(72.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科住院医师培训临床教学中,CBL、PBL联合模拟培训教学法可以显著提高学员的理论水平和临床技能综合能力,具有较好的应用效果。Objective To explore the effect of CBL,PBL combined with simulated training in clinical teaching of general surgery resident training. Methods 80 residents trained in our department from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). The control group was given traditional teaching methods. The observation group was given CBL and PBL combined simulation training teaching method. The theoretical written test scores, clinical skills comprehensive ability test and training satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The doctor's discharge score in the observation group was (93.2±3.1) points, higher than that in the control group (81.6±2.6) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of clinical thinking ability, operation ability, quality of medical records and analysis ability of the doctors in the observation group [(43.2±3.6) points,(46.8±4.1) points,(47.3±4.5) points and (45.6±4.6) points] were higher than those in the control group [(38.6±4.2) points,(34.4±3.4) points,(37.7±4.9) points and (35.4±4.2) points], the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group (95.0%) was higher than that of the control group (72.5%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In general surgery resident training clinical teaching, CBL, PBL combined simulation training teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical level and clinical skills of students, with good application effect.
