摘 要:文章从实验教学内容的优化与整合、实验教学方法的调整和优化考核评价体系等方面阐述了物理化学实验课程在培养药学专业学生的专业实验技能,提高学生的创新能力等方面的改革与实践。实验教学内容在原有验证性实验的基础上增加了综合性设计实验,同时结合论文式实验报告的撰写,提高了学生的创新能力及分析解决实际问题的能力;在考核评价体系中,引入问题式考核及论文式实验报告的撰写等评价,极大提高了高校开展实验教学的效率和价值。Starting from aspects of experimental class teaching content optimization and integration, teaching method adjustment, and assessment system improvement, this thesis demonstrates the reform of the course Physical Chemistry Experiment and its implementation, which focused on cultivating pharmacy major students’ experiment skills and improving their innovative abilities. A comprehensive design experiment was added into the teaching contents in addition to the existing validation experiment. Students’ abilities of making innovations, analyzing and solving problems were improved by means of writing “paper type test report”. As for the assessment system, the introduction?of problem-based assessment and writing of “paper type test report” greatly improved the efficiency and value of carrying out the teaching experiments in colleges and universities.
