摘 要:通过对江西省276名高职院校教师主观幸福感的问卷调查,可以发现,江西省高职院校的教师主观幸福感总体水平处于中等偏上。已婚教师的生活满意度显著高于未婚教师,50岁及以上教师的自述幸福感显著高于其他年龄组,正教授的生活满意度显著高于其他职称的教师,教师的主观幸福感在专业、性别等变量的差异并不显著。基于研究结果,提出从营造尊师重教的社会氛围、关注高校男教师的职业幸福感、促进高校中青年教师的职业发展、关注教师的心理需求等方面提高教师的职业幸福感。Multiple Happiness Questionnaire (MHQ) was applied to a total number of 276 teachers in higher vocational colleges. The result shows that the overall level of teachers’ subjective well-being is above average in Jiangxi province. Life satisfaction of married teachers is significantly higher than that of unmarried teachers. Teachers aged 50 and over have obviously higher self-stated happiness than other age groups do. Life satisfaction of professors is distinctly higher than that of other teachers. There is no significant difference in other variables, such as profession and gender. Based on the research results, the following suggestions are rasied to improve teachers’ occupational well-being: creating a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and respecting education, paying attention to male teachers’ professional well-being, promoting the career development of young and middle-aged teachers in higher educational institutions, and concerning teachers’ psychological needs.
