摘　　要：近些年来,免疫学以前所未有的速度迅速发展着,免疫学基础研究和应用研究内容不断深入,丰富和扩展,免疫学理论和技术已渗透到基础医学和临床医学许多学科,免疫学已成为当今医学领域和生命科学领域中的支柱学科和前沿学科。因此在医学免疫学教学过程中培养学生的科学研究思维和研究实践能力非常重要。以研究为基础的学习(research-based learning,RBL)是一种开放的教学模式,此种教学模式可以把教学和科研很好地结合起来,因此,RBL教学在医学免疫学教学中具有重要作用。在此笔者结合RBL教学实践过程,提出一些经验和体会,以期为RBL教学模式在医学免疫学教学中的应用提供一些启示。In recent years, immunology is developing rapidly at an unprecedented speed. Immunology theory and technology have penetrated into many disciplines of basic medicine and clinical medicine, and immunology has become pillar and frontier in the fields of medicine and science. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate students’ scientific research and practice ability in the teaching process of medical immunology.As an open teaching mode, research-based learning(RBL) plays an important role in the teaching of medical immunology. In this paper, we combined with the RBL teaching practice process and put forward some experience, in order to provide some enlightenment for the application of RBL teaching mode in medical immunology teaching.
