摘 要:目的探讨急诊科规范化住院医师应用不同教学模式的培训效果。方法将2016年5月-2017年5月急诊科轮转学习的20人医师作为对照组(常规教学模式培训),另将2017年5月-2018年5月急诊科轮转学习的20人急诊科医师作为观察组(互联网教学平台临床思维教育模式),观察两组医师的培训情况以及对教育模式的满意度。结果培训前,两组医师的考核评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,对照组医师的理论知识和技术操作考核评分较观察组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组满意度为80.00%,低于观察组的95.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训应用互联网教学平台临床思维教育模式,可促进医师对理论知识和技术操作掌握更熟练。Objective To explore the training effect of standardized resident physicians applying different teaching modes in emergency department.Methods 20 physicians from May 2016 to May 2017 in emergency department were selected as control group(routine teaching mode training).In addition, 20 emergency physicians who were rotated to study from May 2017 to May 2018 were taken as observation group(clinical thinking education mode of Internet teaching platform). The training situation of two groups of doctors and their satisfaction with the education model was observed. Results Before training, there was no significant difference in the assessment scores between the two groups(P > 0.05). After training, the scores of theoretical knowledge and technical operation of the doctors in the control group were lower than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.00%, which was lower than that of the observation group(95.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of residents in the application of the Internet teaching platform clinical thinking education model can promote physicians to master the theoretical knowledge and technical operation.
