摘　　要：当前高校进行教学实践与探索是为了培养能够更好的适应社会需要的卓越人才的迫切要求。随着中国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育的转变,使高校面临着实习实践环节资源短缺的困境,导致毕业生动手能力逐渐与社会脱节。如何培养具有专业知识和实践能力的卓越人才,近年来各高校以创新视角审视这些问题并不断改革。本文探索通过校企合作共同搭建实践育人平台,为高校师生提供丰富的实践教学资源,同时也为企业的产业升级和经济社会的可持续发展提供足够的后备人才。Currently, teaching practice and exploration in colleges and universities is an urgent requirement for cultivating outstanding talents who can better meet the needs of society. With the transformation of Chinese higher education from elite education to mass education, colleges and universities are facing the predicament of shortage of resources in practice, which leads to gradual disconnection between graduates practical ability and society. How to cultivate outstanding talents with professional knowledge and practical ability has been reviewed and reformed from the perspective of innovation in colleges and universities in recent years. This paper explores how to build a practical education platform through school-enterprise cooperation to provide abundant practical teaching resources for teachers and students in colleges and universities, as well as sufficient reserve talents for the industrial upgrading of enterprises and the sustainable development of economy and society.
