摘　　要：现代学徒制是近年来中国高等职业教育界重要的教学改革试点工作,通过武汉船舶职业技术学院和中央企业武昌船舶重工集团有限公司进行项目合作试点,促成了独特的以在职员工为学生、央企主导的现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索过程和实践经验。Recently,modern apprenticeship plays an important role in the trial work of educational reform in Chinese higher voca?tional education.This paper shares the exploring process and practical experience of the unique taking in-service employees as stu?dents while state-owned enterprise dominating talents training mode of modern apprenticeship by the trial project cooperation be?tween Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology and the state-owned enterprise—Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co Ltd.
