摘　　要：广西农业职业技术学院与中职学校共同合作开展“2+3”中高职衔接的人才培养模式,发挥广西农业职业教育集团的作用,从中职学生学习的实际出发,校企共同制定高职阶段人才培养方案,开展冠名班、骨干班、场长班、志向班、现代学制班等校企联合培养班级,构建考核评价体系,组织教学环节,监控教学过程,制定教学管理制度等方面抓好衔接,确保“2+3”中高职衔接人才培养质量。Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College cooperates with secondary vocational schools to carry out the “2 + 3” talent training model in the middle and high vocational schools,and play the role of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Education Group. In the vocational stage,the personnel training program will carry out the title class,the backbone class,the field class,the modern school class and other schools and enterprises to jointly cultivate the class,construct the evaluation system,organize the teaching links,monitor the teaching process,and formulate the teaching management system. To ensure the quality of “2 + 3” high-level talents.
