基于产教融合的跨企业培训中心建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：在对高质量发展背景下跨企业培训中心的内涵和作用进行阐述的基础上,对跨企业培训中心与区域经济高质量发展关系进行了概括,认为跨企业培训中心可为区域经济高质量发展提供人才支撑,是产教有机融合的一种可落地的形式。以苏州健雄职业技术学院中德培训中心为例,对其跨企业培训中心建设的实践进行分析,探寻高职院校创新职业教育发展模式,明确跨企业培训中心的建设原则和功能特性,形成跨企业培训中心的设计与建设技术标准,开发基于国际先进职业资格技术标准的培训体系,建立学徒管理和职业素养培育体系,推动区域经济的高质量发展。This paper first expounds the connotation and role of cross-enterprise training center,and then generalizes the relationship between cross-enterprise training center and high-quality development.On the basis of it,the author points out that cross-enterprise training center can provide talent support for high-quality development;high-quality development can provide important opportunities for cross-enterprise training center.Finally,this paper cites Suzhou Chien-Shiung Vocational School as an example,discusses its cross-enterprise training center construction practice,and deems that vocational colleges should develop innovative vocational education development mode,clarify the construction principles and functional characteristics of cross-enterprise training center,form technical standards for design and construction of cross-enterprise training center,develop training systems based on German vocational qualification technical standards,establish apprenticeship management and professional literacy training system,and promote the high-quality development of the regional economy.
