摘 要:本文在梳理近代医学教育变革历程、对医学教育研究的认识过程的基础上,结合既往研究经验,重点从纠偏错误的教育理念、选用适宜的教学手段、改革刚性的考核方式、开展有序的教育管理、科学选拔入校学生以及有效了解教学对象,论述了医学教育对院校人才培养的功能和作用。因此,医学教育研究是医科院校教学工作的应有之义,具有基础性和先导性作用,必须加强医学教育研究。On the basis of the reform process of modern medical education and the process of cognition of medical education research and with reference to past experience, this article discusses the function and role of medical education in talent cultivation in medical colleges and universities from the following six aspects, i.e., rectification of wrong educational concepts, selection of appropriate teaching methods, reform of rigid assessment methods, initiation of orderly educational management, scientific selection of students, and effective understanding of students. Therefore, medical education research is indispensible for teaching in medical colleges and universities and plays a guiding and fundamental role, and medical education research should be enhanced.
