高职经管类教师企业实践锻炼管理机制探讨——以包头职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以包头职业技术学院为例,分析了教师在企业实践锻炼现状,总结了探索管理机制创新改革的经验,进一步探索了完善教师专业技能水平的有效途径。Taking Baotou Vocational&Technical College as an example,the paper analyzed the current condition of teachers’practice in enterprises,concluded the experience of innovative reform of management mechanism,and explored the effective ways to improve the teachers’skills.
