摘  要:小组合作已被广泛运用于高职院校思政理论课之中,然而学生的分组非常随意,效果不佳。贝尔宾团队角色理论可有效破解该问题,结合该理论,教师将按照“确定数量—选拔组长—招募组员—创设组名—教师审核”五个步骤来指导学生完成分组,以达到“组内异质,组间同质”的分组目标。此外,在运用该理论时,教师对学生应做好相关的测试指导和说明,学校应积极落实“扩大小班化教学覆盖面”的教改目标。Group cooperation has been widely used in the ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges,however,students think little of grouping,leading to bad effect.Theory on Belbin team roles can solve this problem effectively.Combining with this theory,teachers will follow five steps to guide students’ grouping,leading to heterogeneity in one group and difference between groups.These steps are as follows:determine the number-select a leader of the group-recruit members of the group-create a name of the group-teacher checks the list.In addition, when using the theory,teachers should prepare well for guidance and instructions of test,besides,higher vocational colleges should actively achieve the teaching reform goal on expansion coverage for small-class teaching.
