摘　　要：高职院校是高等教育的重要环节,学生干部的管理事关学生工作的稳定运转,事关学生工作能否做到极致。本文分析了当前高校学生会干部选拔的现状及存在的问题,从胜任力视角探索高职学生干部选拔,为今后高职院校学生干部选拔提供新的方向。Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education.The management of student cadres is related to the stable operation of student work,and it is related to the ultimate in student work.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the selection of student cadres in colleges and universities,and explores the selection of student cadres in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of competency,which provides a new direction for the selection of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.
