高职商科专业创新创业教育的探索与研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育是培养高职商科学生的创新精神与创业意识,激发学生的创业潜能,进而有效提升学生的创业能力的重要途径。高职商科专业创新创业教育目前尚处于探索阶段,在实际推进中应该正确认识创新创业教育,把创新创业教育融入商科专业人才培养方案,构建融合创新创业教育的商科专业课程体系,搭建富有学校特色和商科专业特色的创新创业教育平台,加强师资培训与管理,提升教师的整体水平,重视创新点子和科研成果的培育,助力成果转化。Innovation and entrepreneurship education among business majors acts as an important approach in nurturing students with innovation spirits and entrepreneurship awareness thus motivate more business potentials;thereby improve their entrepreneurial abilities effectively.As it has been in the exploratory stage,before it moves into implementation,a clear and overall knowledge on it would be the first step,which can be enhanced by adding to personnel training programs.A curriculum system of business major that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education should be established.A platform for innovative entrepreneurship education with school characteristics and business specialty characteristics should be built.The teacher training and management should be strengthened to improve the overall level of teachers.The attention to the cultivation of innovative ideas and scientific research achievements should be paid,and the transformation of achievements should be promoted.
