摘　　要：地方本科院校毕业生就业创业质量是一个综合性课题。毕业生能否顺利高质量就业创业,不仅关系到毕业生个人发展和切身利益,而且还关系到地方本科院校内涵建设和办学质量的提升。只有拓宽毕业生就业创业渠道,提高毕业生就业质量,学校才能更好地找准定位,更好地为地方发展提供支撑。如何提高毕业生就业创业质量成为摆在地方本科院校眼前的实际问题。文章从稳步提高生源质量,全面深化教育教学改革、加强就业创业教师队伍建设、加强就业创业指导课程建设、引导毕业生服务基层、强化就业状况反馈等几方面提出提升地方本科院校毕业生就业创业质量的几点建议。The quality of graduates’employment and entrepreneurship in newly established universities is a comprehensive subject.Whether graduates can obtain high quality employment and entrepreneurship is not only related to the personal development and vital interests of graduates,but also related to the connotation construction and quality improvement of newly established universities.Only by broadening the channels of graduates’employment and entrepreneurship,and improving the quality of graduates’employment,can the school better identify the location and provide better support for local development.How to improve the quality of graduates’employment and entrepreneurship has become a practical problem before the newly established universities.This article from the steady improvement of the quality of students,deepen the educational reform comprehensively,strengthen the employment of teachers,strengthen the construction of employment guidance curriculum,strengthening the employment situation of the feedback and guidance and other aspects of the graduates in newly-built colleges several suggestions to improve the quality of employment.
