摘  要:针对当前学生因为不良的饮食习惯和生活方式,造成的各年龄段学生肥胖检出率持续上升的问题,提出基于互联网数据的中学生营养计算模型,制定符合个体特征的饮食方案。根据《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》标准,结合食材、食谱等多渠道数据,建立营养计算模型,并开发计算工具方便使用。通过实验证明,此计算模型可以合理地实现营养配比,在保证膳食的多样性的同时,保证营养结构均衡,并可根据个人喜好进行营养模型优化来改进膳食品种的结构。基于互联网数据的中学生营养计算模型,能够实现利用国家标准和多渠道互联网数据实现个性化的膳食结构推荐方案,支持全营养素的实时计算,可协助青少年人群制定合理的营养食谱,促进身体健康成长。同时,也支持向全人群进行推广和使用。Aiming at the problem that the obesity detection rate of students of all ages continues to rise due to their poor eating habits and lifestyle,proposes a nutrition calculation model for middle school students based on Internet data,and develops a diet plan conforming to individual characteristics.According to the standard of reference intake of dietary nutrients for Chinese residents,establishes a nutrition calculation model and develops a calculation tool to facilitate the use.Experimental results show that this model can reasonably achieve the nutrition ratio,ensure the diversity of the diet,and at the same time can ensure the balanced nutrition structure,and improve the structure of dietary varieties according to personal preferences by optimizing the nutrition model.The nutrition calculation model of middle school students based on the Internet data can realize the personalized dietary structure recommendation scheme by using national standards and multichannel Internet data,it can support the real-time calculation of total nutrients,and assist teenagers to develop reasonable nutrition recipes and promote healthy growth.At the same time,it also supports the promotion and use to the whole population.
