摘 要:目的了解上海市松江区市售苦丁茶及茶汤中砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、铝(Al)、锰(Mn)8种元素含量情况及饮用风险,为苦丁茶风险监测提供依据。方法于2017年在上海市松江区各大农贸市场和超市采集大叶和小叶苦丁茶样品各5份。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法检测茶叶及茶汤中8种元素的含量,利用风险商(THQ)和风险指数(HI)评估茶叶和茶汤对消费者的潜在健康风险。结果大叶苦丁茶中Cd超标率为40.00%,小叶苦丁茶中Cd超标率为60.00%,As超标率为20.00%,其他元素均处于标准范围内。苦丁茶茶汤中存在Cd、Ni、Al和Mn元素超出生活饮用水卫生限值的情况,随着浸泡次数的增加,苦丁茶茶汤中金属元素浓度逐渐降低。茶汤中THQ和HI的范围分别为1.11×10^-7~7.48×10^-2和0.004~0.200,均小于1,HI中占比较大的元素为As、Cd、Mn。结论饮用上海市松江区市售苦丁茶茶汤无明显健康风险,对苦丁茶中As、Cd、Mn等元素应继续加强监测。[Objective]To investigate the content of eight heavy metals,including arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),chromium(Cr),copper(Cu),nickel(Ni),aluminum(Al)and manganese(Mn)in commercially available Kuding tea leaves and infusion in Songjiang District of Shanghai,assess the potential health risk,and provide evidence for risk monitoring of Kuding tea.[Methods]Five large-leaved Kuding tea samples and five small-leaved Kuding tea samples were collected from agricultural markets and supermarkets in Songjiang District of Shanghai in 2017.The content of eight heavy metals was detected by induvtively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion,and the potential health risk of tea leaves and infusion was assessed by target hazard quotient(THQ)and hazard index(HI).[Results]The exceeding standard rate of Cd in large-leaved Kuding tea samples was 40.00%,the exceeding standard rate of Cd and As in small-leaved tea samples was 60.00%and 20.00%respectively,and the contents of other heavy metals were within their maximum limits.The contents of Cd,Ni,Al and Mn in some tea infusions were higher than their maximum limits for drinking water,and decreased with the increase of infusion times.THQ and HI in tea infusions were 1.11×10-7-7.48×10-2 and 0.004-0.200 respectively,all were below 1,and As,Cd and Mn accounted for a large part in HI.[Conclusion]The commercially available Kuding tea infusions in Songjiang District of Shanghai has no significant health risk.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on the content of As,Cd and Mn in Kuding tea.
