摘　　要：本文从树立生本教学理念,激发学生自主学习兴趣;精心设计教学环节,培养学生自主学习能力两方面重点探讨初中数学教学中学生自主学习能力的培养策略,引导学生转变自身数学学习行为,进一步提高初中数学教学有效性,为学生数学核心素养的培养奠定基础。this article sets up the student this teaching idea,stimulates the student to study independently the interest;The careful design of teaching links and the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability focus on exploring the cultivation strategies of students' autonomous learning ability in middle school mathematics teaching,guiding students to transform their own mathematical learning behaviors,further improving the effectiveness of middle school mathematics teaching,and laying a foundation for the cultivation of students' core mathematical literacy.
