摘　　要：结合心理学和现象学理论,对工作室主体学生、老师及企业设计师三者的需求进行分析,提出"导师制+师徒制+一贯制"工作室改革思路,通过校企精细化合作、学生个性化培养和全程一贯制等管理措施,打造产学研利益共同体,瞄准工作室导师成就感、学生获得感、企业设计师收获感等方面进行了改革与实践。Based on the theory of psychology and phenomenology,this paper analyzes the needs of studio students,teachers and enterprise designers,and puts forward the idea of"Teacher System + Apprenticeship + Consistent System". Management measures such as cooperation,individualized training and full-course system have been established to create a community of industry,academia and research interests,and to carry out reforms and practices in the areas of studio teachers’ sense of accomplishment,students’ sense of acquisition,and corporate designers’ sense of harvest.
