摘　　要：分析了金融科技的现状、颠覆性特点及对金融业带来的人才变革,在此基础上提出了金融管理专业转型的定位、目标,重点论述专业课程体系改革与课程重构以及专业教学团队的塑造。本文认为,金融管理专业转型呈现三大特色:一是与世界一流的企业建设校企合作平台;二是聘世界一流的金融大师引领教师团队;三是用最前沿的区块链技术进行教学改革。In this paper we analyze the present situation of financial technology, its subversive characteristics and the challenges facing talents cultivation. Based on the analysis, we point out the orientation and goal of the transformation of Financial Management major. Besides, we focus on the reform of the professional curriculum system and the reconstruction of the curriculum, as well as reshape the professional teaching team. The transformation of the Financial Management major presents three main characteristics. First,it will build a school-enterprise cooperation platform with world-class enterprises. Second, it will hire the world-class financial masters to lead the teaching team. Third, it will use the most advanced block-chain technology for teaching reform.
