摘  要:培育职业学校学生现代工匠精神非常重要。从默会知识论出发,审视目前中职生现代工匠精神培育的困境,提出“指向全面发展,激活中职生的主体意识”“基于实践导向,联动搭建多维培育支架”“优化评价方式,点面结合提升培育品质”等培育路径。It is very important to cultivate the modern craftsman spirit of vocational school students. Starting from the tacit knowledge theory, this paper examines the current difficulties in the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit of vocational school students, and puts forward such cultivation paths as "pointing to comprehensive development, activating the subject consciousness of vocational school students","building multi-dimensional cultivation framework based on practice orientation","optimizing evaluation mode, combining points and areas to improve the quality of cultivation".
