摘 要:工匠精神,不仅仅是制造业的一种精神,如今已发展成为一种价值观,一种人文精神,一种发展理念,一种传承品质。因此,培育学前教育专业学生的工匠精神,不仅是时代之需、学前教育发展之需,也是中职学生专业发展乃至终身发展的必然要求。德国的工匠精神培育,源于其“双元制”的特色课程建设,学习和借鉴德国“双元制”职业教育课程建设经验,对于贵州省中职学前教育专业将工匠精神培育融入课程建设具有重要的现实意义。Craftsman spirit is not only a spirit of manufacturing industry, but also a value, a humanistic spirit, a development concept and a quality of inheritance. Therefore, cultivating the craftsman spirit of student major in preschool education is not only the need of the times and the development of preschool education, but also the inevitable requirement of vocational students' professional development and even lifelong development. The cultivation of craftsman spirit in Germany originates from the characteristic course construction of "dual system". Learning from the experience of German "dual system" vocational education course construction has important practical significance for preschool education major of secondary vocational schools in Guizhou province to integrate craftsman spirit cultivation into curriculum construction.
