摘  要:普通高中教育是基础教育的高级阶段,具有基础性,同时又承接高等教育,对人才培养起到承上启下的作用。在普通高中教育中采用选课走班是充分尊重学生的需要,照顾学生的个体差异,促进学生的全面发展,最终保障学生的学习品质提升的新型教学组织方式。选课走班的本质包含多样化的课程体系建设、主体性的教学体系建设、能动性的管理体系建设。但实践中选课走班的教学组织方式正处于探索时期,还存在一定的问题:课程体系是师本课程而非生本课程、教学体系是教师主导而非学生主体、管理体系是责任混乱而非师生能动管理共同体。针对选课走班在实践运行当中存在的问题,提出优化推动普通高中选课走班教学组织方式的策略:建构多样化的生本课程体系、主体性的教学体系、能动性的管理体系进而保障学生的自主选择权、学习权与自主管理权。High school education is the advanced stage of basic education,which is fundamental and at the same time prepares for higher education.In other words,high school education plays a leading role in cultivating talents.As a new way of teaching,Selective Class fully meets students' needs,respects individuality and promotes their all-round development,which ultimately guarantees the improvement of students' learning.The essence of Selective Class includes:the construction of a diverse curriculum system,a student-oriented teaching system,and a dynamic management system.However,at present,Selective Class is in the exploratory stage with some problems spotted:the curriculum system is teacher-based rather than the other way around,the teaching system is teacher-led rather than student-oriented,and the management system is ineffective instead of working for a community of shared responsibility for teachers and students.This paper,aiming to address these issues,proposes strategies to optimize Selective Class in public high schools:building a diverse student-based curriculum system,a student-oriented teaching system,and a flexible management system to protect students' right to choose,learn and manage.
