摘　　要：《史记》关于秦始皇帝时代的历史表现,较全面地显现于通常称为《秦始皇本纪》的记述之中。集中展示秦帝国史最重要信息的这一部分内容,又有文献遗存可见另一种题名方式,即《秦始皇帝本纪》。这一情形启示我们,或许有必要思考《太史公书》起初篇名的探究与复原。"始皇帝"名号由秦王政于秦统一之初郑重设定,有推崇"帝"之尊贵地位的政治意识背景。《秦始皇本纪》篇名符合当时的政治文化条件,而班固《典引》的文献实证,使我们更为相信其历史合理性。Accounts of historical performance in the period of the first emperor of Qin are fully given in Shih Chi , commonly known as A Biography of the First Emperor of Qin . The chapter, which focuses on the most important information in the history of the Qin Empire, in addition to the document heritage, entitled A Biography of the First Emperor of Qin Empire, which suggests that it may be necessary for us to think about the exploration and restoration of the original title of Tai Shi Gong Shu . The title of “the First Emperor” was seriously set by the Qin Government at the very beginning of Qin's national unification, with a political background of advocating the exalted status of “Emperor”. The title of A Biography of the First Emperor of Qin conforms to the political and cultural conditions of that time, while the literature evidence of Ban Gu's Dian Yin has convinced us of believing its historical rationality.
