中医护理教学模式创新的改革探析

摘　　要：中医护理的发展需求已逐渐趋于社会化、国际化,在诸多疾病治疗、养生等方面有着很多优势和特色,能够有效地促进医疗服务的发展。因此目前对中医护理人才的需求越来越多,必须加强中医护理的教学工作,不断提升中医护理学生的技能水平,为医学护理的发展打好基础。本文主要探讨了中医护理教学模式创新改革的策略,希望对中医教学的改革有所帮助。The development needs of traditional Chinese medicine nursing have gradually become socialized and internationalized.It has many advantages and characteristics in many aspects of disease treatment and health preservation,and can effectively promote the development of medical services.Therefore,there is an increasing demand for Chinese medicine nursing talents.It is necessary to strengthen the teaching of Chinese medicine nursing,constantly improve the skill level of Chinese medicine nursing students,and lay a good foundation for the development of medical nursing.This article mainly discussed the strategy of innovative reform of traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching mode,hoping to be helpful to the reform of traditional Chinese medicine teaching.
