新时代高职院校辅导员工作方法探究

摘　　要：在大学校园中,辅导员担任了学生思想政治工作的教育者与组织者的双重角色.尤其是在90后、00后当道的高职院校中,其独特性为现如今的高职院校辅导员的工作提出了更高的要求.论文以高职院校辅导员的工作现状为切入点,深入地分析了当前形势下高职院校教育所面临的挑战,论述了新时代下高职院校辅导员的工作方法.In the university campuses,counselors play a dual role as educators and organizers of students'ideological and political work.Especially in the post-90s and post-00s vocational colleges,its uniqueness puts forward higher requirements for the work of counselors in today's vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of counselors'work in higher vocational colleges,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the challenges faced by higher vocational education under the current situation,and discusses the working methods of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
