摘　　要：平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)是一种常见的药食两用真菌。平菇子实体中含有多糖类、甾类、挥发油类、多酚类等多种化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、保肝、杀虫、抑菌等多种药理活性,对股骨头坏死、阿尔茨海默症也有一定疗效。本文从平菇的化学成分、药理活性等方面进行综述,以期为更好研究开发平菇资源,并将其应用到医药、保健品、食品等相关领域提供参考依据。Pleurotus ostreatus is a common medicinal and edible fungus.The fruiting bodies of P.ostreatus contain various chemical composition such as polysaccharides,steroids,volatile oils and polyphenols,which have many pharmacological effects, such as anti - tumor,anti - inflammatory,anti - virus,immune regulation,anti - oxidation,hypoglycemia,hypolipidemia,liver protection,insecticide,bacteriostasis and so on.Additionally,there are certain curative effects noted in the treatment of femoral head necrosis and Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological activity of P.ostreatus are summarized,in order to provide reference basis for better research and development of P.ostreatus resources,and its application of medicine,health products,food and other related fields.
