幼儿园教师组织公正感对其工作投入的影响研究

摘  要:对509名幼儿园教师的组织公正感和工作投入进行问卷调查发现,幼儿园教师组织公正感整体处于中等偏上水平,工作投入整体处于中等偏上水平,且组织公正感与工作投入呈显著正相关,尤其是领导公正感和信息公正感对工作投入有显著预测作用。建议幼儿园建立科学的薪酬管理体制,健全幼儿园民主制度,改进幼儿园管理方式,优化沟通机制,从而增强幼儿园教师的组织公正感,使其更加投入工作。Using questionnaire as research method and taking 509 kindergarten teachers as research subjects, this study investigated teachers' organizational justice and job involvement. It is found that both organizational justice and job involvement are above the medium;organizational justice has significantly positive correlation with job involvement;and leader justice and information justice can significantly predict job involvement. It is suggested that kindergartens should establish scientific salary administration system, perfect their systems for hearing public opinions, improve administration methods, and optimize communication channels so as to raise teachers' organizational justice and put in more efforts in their work.
