4种鸡■菌多糖抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：以DPPH自由基清除能力、羟基自由基清除能力、铁离子还原力(FRAP)以及ABTS^·+清除能力为指标,研究4种鸡■菌Termitornyces spp.(蚁巢伞、粗柄蚁巢伞、金黄蚁巢伞、乌黑蚁巢伞)多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明,蚁巢伞多糖和乌黑蚁巢伞多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,对羟基自由基的IC50值分别达到1.15 mg·m L^-1和1.42 mg·mL^-1,对DPPH自由基的IC50值分别达到1.63 mg·mL^-1和1.08 mg·mL^-1,对ABTS^·+的IC50值分别达到1.31 mg·mL^-1和1.54 mg·m L^-1,但其铁离子还原力较弱。4种鸡地从菌多糖的抗氧化活性均呈现出明显的剂量依赖性,随着多糖浓度的增加而增强。The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from 4 kinds of Termito rnyces spp.were studied in the present work.The results showed that the polysaccharides from Termitomyces albuminosu s(Berk.)R.Heim and Termitomyces badius Otieno had better antioxidant activities.The IC50values of hydroxyl radical were 1.15 mg·mL^-1and 1.42 mg·mL^-1respectively.The IC50values of DPPH radical were 1.63 mg·mL^-1and 1.08 mg·mL^-1respectively.The IC50values of ABTS^·+were 1.31 mg·mL^-1and 1.54mg·mL^-1,respectively.However,the capacities of ferric reducing ability of plasma(FRAP)were not very strong.Moreover,the antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from the 4 kinds of Termitornyces spp.showed a strong dose-dependent manner,and they enhanced with the increase of polysaccharides concentration.
