摘  要:以贺州地区山区小学的教师作为样本,从教师生理幸福感、情绪幸福感、心理和智力幸福感、精神幸福感这四个方面进行了问卷调查和访谈,发现不同性别、不同年龄、不同学历、不同任教学科、不同类型、不同任教年级、不同年收入的教师均存在幸福感差异。Taking the teachers of mountainous primary schools in Hezhou as samples,the questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted from four aspects:teachers' physical well-being,emotional well-being,psychological and intellectual well-being,spiritual well-being,and so on.It was found that different gender,different age,different educational background,different teaching subjects,different types,different teaching years.There are differences in happiness between teachers with different grades and different income levels.
