摘　　要：医学院校的辅导员在医学生的思想政治工作上发挥着重要的作用。然而,由于个人因素和医学院校因素,当前医学院校辅导员中出现一定程度的职业高原现象,辅导员主观幸福感有所下降,影响辅导员职业生涯的发展。文章旨在阐述医学院校辅导员职业高原现状,分析造成医学院校辅导员职业高原现象的原因,并在此基础上,从主观幸福感的角度出发,提出合理有效的途径,攻克医学院校辅导员的职业高原难题,实现辅导员职业生涯的合理发展。Counselors in medical schools play an important role in the ideological and political work of medical students.However,due to personal factors and medical school factors,there is a certain degree of occupational plateau phenomenon among counselors in medical colleges and universities.The subjective well-being of counselors has declined,which affects the development of counselors'career.The purpose of this paper was to elaborate the current situation of the career plateau of medical college counselors and analyzed the causes of the phenomenon.On this basis,from the perspective of subjective well-being,this paper put forward reasonable and effective ways to overcome the difficult problems of the career plateau of medical college counselors,and to realize the reasonable development of counselors'career.
