休闲农园的教育要素分析——以山东省艾维农园为例

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程加快,农业的多功能开拓和协调发展越来越受到重视,休闲农园因此也成为一种新型农业业态,位于山东省烟台市的艾维农园便是其中一例。文章把艾维农园看作一个独立的实体,通过观察、访谈及文本分析等诸多方法对艾维农园进行了全方位调查,进而对其存在的教育要素进行了分析,并总结了其生产教育、科技教育及生态教育三个方面有着独特的教育功能。With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization in China,more and more attention has been paid to the multi-functional development and coordinated development of agriculture.Therefore,leisure farm is also called a new type of agricultural industry,and Avian farm in Yantai city,Shandong province is one of them.This paper regards Avian farm as an independent entity.Through observation,interview and text analysis,the author made a comprehensive survey of Avian farm,and then analyzed its existing educational elements,and summarized its unique educational functions in three aspects:production education,science and technology education,and ecological education.
