摘 要:目的了解三级医院护士精神薪酬满意度的现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用护士精神薪酬满意度量表和组织公平感量表对湖南省三级医院的476名护士进行调查。结果护士精神薪酬满意度得分为(3.81±1.24)分,处于中等水平;不同年龄、工作年限、职称、科室护士精神薪酬满意度有所差别;组织公平感是影响护士精神薪酬满意度的主要因素。结论护理管理者应对不同特征护士针对性管理,同时促进组织公平,提升护士精神薪酬满意度。Objective To understand the status of nurses’ psychological reward satisfaction in 3-level hospitals and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 476 clinical nurses in 3-level hospitals in Hu’nan Province,using the general information questionnaire,the nurses’ psychological reward satisfaction scale and the organizational justice scale.Results The satisfaction score of nurses’ psychological reward was(3.81±1.24),at the middle level.The satisfactions of different ages,working hours,professional title and department of nurses were different,and organizational justice was the main factor.Conclusion The nursing managers should manage the nurses with different characteristics,promote the fairness of the organization at the same time,and improve the satisfaction of the nurses’ psychological reward.
